 Alisa Robinson- owner of ART Fitness LLC, Alisa has over 5 years health and fitness personal training and certified with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) which is the #1 nationally recognized certification programs. Alisa is also a certified Virtual Trainer with Sharecare, which has partnered with Dr.OZ to help educate and promote a healthier lifestyle by providing access to all the tools and resources needed to achieve any and all goals. Creating a relationship that is built on honesty, commitment and integrity is often lost in a business atmosphere, Alisa prides herself with establishing these types of relationship and making each person feel confident and reassured that there goals are always top priority.                                                                

                Megan Anderson: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and concentration in Exercise Physiology. Megan is an initiative trainer that likes to keep things moving and fun by using a combination of “out of the box” and traditional type of exercises! She will have you doing anything and everything to help you define and tone your body from head to toe, and keep you motivated and wanting more! Megan has been in the health and fitness world for 4 years now, andthoroughly enjoys helping her clients live a healthy, fit, and happy lifestyle. Jacquelyn Rirrenhouse-Certified Personal Trainer though NSPA. Jacquelyn is also certified in group fitness and Spinning through ACE and has worked at the University of Maryland as an instructor. Currently, as a graduate student at University of Delaware, Jacquie continues to train ,she enjoys getting to know people and helping them become the best person they can be.When training, Jacquie likes to push participants to do all they can from cardio to the amount of weights they lift. She thinks high intensity interval work is one of the best ways to get the most out of a one hour workout. She loves to use free weights and change up workouts so participants are always a little surprised.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Megan Valeski-ACSM Certified Health and Fitness Specialist with a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Pittsburgh.  Former Athlete and Health and Fitness Mentor experienced in working with all populations from athletes to those with chronic disease. Megan Likes to work with her clients to produce a workout routine to fit each persons individualized goals and needs.  She creates unique programs coupled with the most up to date health recommendations to optimize your chance at success.
